Food is good, here is the the pictures of what I ordered, this is just my personal preference the garlic butter oil that is placed on the shrimp and grits is a little excessive I would prefer half of the amount to be placed on my order the other half placed in a to go cup so that I have the choice to add how much I would want or not want the great product they doing good. *The chicken wings have a great taste I think you're about a minute over on the cook time and I'm not sure the oil needs to be changed, but still good cook. I'm definitely not a fan of the fries no seasoning on them, once again just my opinion. *Shrimp has a great taste, not overcooked enough said on that. The owner was incredibly hands-on, making the experience feel very personal. The customer service was not only friendly but also impressively simple and time-efficient, which I really appreciated. I brought my child along, and even though they didn’t have a kids' menu, the owner went out of his way to accommodate us, which was such a thoughtful touch. The place was very clean, and we enjoyed sitting down to eat. Since it was a hot day, the owner brought us some fresh fruit to help us cool down and checked in regularly to see if we needed anything throughout our visit. It's these small details that made a big difference! Which made it a wonderful experience. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
This was the best chicken & waffle combo I’ve ever had! The blueberry waffle was amazing & the blueberry drizzle was a perfect addition. The chicken wings were fried to perfection. The owner was very welcoming! We can’t wait to come back. Thank you Chef P
I came in town to try the famous S&G waffles and it was everything I expected it to be. The customer service was great and the food was even better. Gary Indiana is my hometown and I the food here is the best in the nation. This will always be first stop when I come home. The best breakfast spot in Gary
Shrimp Lobster Salmon Hibachi was the best I tasted!. This is the true definition of Luxurious Fast Food . Everything about this establishment was perfect. I love the fact that it’s Black Owned Restaurant and the owner was very welcoming and professional. If you ever in Gary you have to stop here. In my opinion it’s the best in the city . I give it a 10/10 top tier
The owner was super welcoming delivered amazing customer service. I had the shrimp & grit with some chicken wings you won't be disappointed. I love how intimate his with his customer and cares about the quality of food and services. The places was super clean. We'll be back whenever where here plus recommend this place to any and everyone. Super dope black own business that takes pride in it.
We stopped on our way from Chicago to Cincinnati. Everyone was friendly. Service was really fast. Food was absolutely delicious. We'll be making this a regular stop for these trips.
